Great communication from start to end, not only with is, but all buyer and prospects too. Very knowledgeable and experienced, provides great insight and guidance throughout the process.

Surprised that real estate agents as good as Roseann actually exist.

Roseann was OUTSTANDING !!! She understood the market, including pricing, better than any other agent we spoke with, wrote a fantastic MLS description, managed that virtual furniture was incorporated in some photos, was helpful explaining the offers which came in, and tactfully managed us (and politely nudged the buyer/buyer's agent) along the process to keep us all on schedule for a timely close. She was a tremendous value and with her upbeat attitude, polite manners, and demonstrated expertise was a true pleasure to work with. Redfin also delivered on a great value proposition.
